ammonia decomposition

Process principle :
 
The gaseous ammonia in the ammonia bottle or ammonia tank is decompressed by the ammonia pressure reducing valve. The decompressed gaseous ammonia is sent to the decomposition furnace after cold and heat exchange with the decomposition gas through the heat exchanger ( the decomposition furnace is equipped with activated nickel coal ). Ammonia is decomposed into hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas at 800 °C. The decomposed high-temperature hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas enters the heat exchanger again to exchange cold and heat with gaseous ammonia, so that the decomposition gas cools down. At the same time, the gaseous ammonia recovers heat and heats up. After the heat exchange, the decomposed gas enters the cooler for further cooling, it can be sent to the use point.
