Introduction :
 
HT-type catalytic deoxidizer is a catalytic deoxidizer of noble metal-titanium oxide system. Its working principle is to catalyze the reaction of hydrogen and oxygen to generate water and deoxidize. The HT type catalytic deoxidizer has a fast start-up speed and can quickly start the deoxidization reaction at room temperature. It can withstand high temperature of 650 °C. It is easy to use, does not need any pretreatment, and can be used continuously for a long time. High strength, can withstand a wide range of working pressure. HT type catalytic deoxidizer can be used for hydrogen deoxidization, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and helium inert gas hydrodeoxygenation. It is commonly used in pressure swing adsorption ( PSA ) nitrogen production and membrane nitrogen hydrodeoxygenation, especially suitable for frequent start-stop deoxygenation processes and high dew point feed gas deoxygenation.

Use method :
 
The Jiarui HT type catalytic deoxidizer is uniformly filled in the catalytic deoxidizer, and the air in the system is discharged clean with nitrogen.
 
2.By introducing the gas to be purified, it can be put into use.
 
3.Using this catalytic deoxidizer, users do not need pretreatment, activation, regeneration, and continuous use for many years.
 
If the working pressure is above 1.0MPa, the oxygen content of the purified gas is less than 0.5 %, and the catalytic deoxidation device needs to be heated to make the deoxidant work above 100 °C, so as to achieve the effect of catalytic deoxidation.
