Introduction of equipment
Compressed natural gas ( CNG ) needs to remove hydrogen sulfide ( H2S ) and water from natural gas before compression. According to the field conditions of natural gas, it is necessary to choose to install different CNG drying and dehydration equipment. CNG drying and dehydration equipment is divided into high pressure dehydration equipment, medium pressure dehydration equipment and low pressure dehydration equipment. In addition to providing traditional natural gas drying equipment with traditional processes such as depressurization and equal pressure, as well as closed and open circulation process natural gas drying equipment with two towers, three towers or four towers, our company also absorbs and digests foreign advanced technology, and creates a new type of energy-saving drying technology ( patent number : ZL201120548271.2 ). It is a new type of drying equipment without circulation power, raw material loss and pressure impact.
Main process characteristics :
The new isobaric temperature swing ( TSA ) dehydration patented technology can save 20 % ~ 30 % energy consumption compared with peers.
The depth of dehydration can reach − 70C ° by isobaric dehydration process.
The regenerative cycle system does not need to add any circulating power, which saves the energy consumption of the circulating compressor.
The regeneration circulation system increases the energy-saving heat exchanger ; the equipment makes full use of the regenerative waste heat.
The drying system has no loss of feed gas, and the recovery rate can reach 99.99 %.
The switching valve adopts a four-way ball valve, which greatly improves the stability of the equipment.
